Our client have an exciting opportunity to for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Exeter. This position involves being the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries via email, live chat and phone acrossmultiple brands, including when our physical dealerships are closed.The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, will be organised, confident on the phone when speaking with customers, have great attention to detail and possess proficient IT skills. We are looking for someone who has the desire to learn and apply newskills and be an adaptable team player in our busy department.
