Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for a Customer Service Account Manager!Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative company located near Exeter Airport We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of a Full-Time Customer Service Account Manager.Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key customer accounts and projects, providing regular reports on service level and delivery performance in accordance with departmental and contractual agreements
  • Directly handling order placements and maintaining effective communication with customers
  • Preparing quotations, including negotiating prices in collaboration with senior management
  • Liaising with internal departments to communicate customer requirements
  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Monitoring and managing the progress of new client onboarding, keeping all stakeholders informed
  • Efficiently managing customer data on our online system
