Job Description

HGV/LGV Class 2 Driver - Home DeliveriesLOCATION: ExeterRATE: £15.50 - £23.25 phDURATION:Ongoing(TEMP2PERM)SHIFT PATTERN:6am startsSTART DATE: Available Immediately!The RoleA fun and growing new team are looking to increase their driving fleet due to expansion and relocation!   • Salary: £15.50ph
  • Overtime: £23.25ph (optional)
  • Working hours: 06:00am starts
  • 7-day operation on a rolling rota – 4 on / 2 off
  • 12-hour shifts (Approx)
  • Approximately 12-18 drops per shift
  • Location: Exeter
  • Duration: Temp to Perm (Full Time hours)
  • Full ‘on the job’ Training supplied
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving License with Class 2 (C) entitlement
  • Valid CPC Card
  • Valid Driver / Tacho Card
  • Aged 21 or older
  • Complete a theory and driving-based assessment
  • Vehicle safety checks
  • Complete multi drop home furnishing deliveries within the local area to customers’ houses (Some heavy lifting involved - 2-person crew)
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
