Job PurposeMy client, the UKs largest publisher and distributor, are seeking an Operations Administrator to provide office and administrative support to assist in the smooth running of their head office.Based within the store operations department you will provide excellent customer service for theirseasonal stores. You will also perform administrative duties to support all departments.General Office SupportAnswering internal and external calls and emailsInitial point of contact for head office visitorsArranging refreshments and catering for meetingsSet up of meeting rooms in advance and ensure room is left ready for next meetingMain point of contact for Guide Dog charityPhotocopying, filing, printing and laminating documents as requiredMaintenance of printing area; filling printers with paper and keeping recycling clearBooking external meeting venues, hotels and transport as requiredDispatching daily postGeneral Store Support Answering the store support phone lineProvide excellent customer service to Operators and Territory Managers (TMs)Answer incoming phone calls, emails and WhatsApp enquiries in a timely and professional mannerProvide operational and technical support to Operators and TMsComplete administrative tasks as requiredPass feedback from Operators and TMs to line manager, for use when policies and procedures are being reviewedTask detailContact shopping centres and operators for store marketing requirementsPreparation of documents for communication and trainingData collection for store photos, meter readings and opening hours.
