Accounts AdministratorHayley Group Limited is offering an exciting position for an Accounts Administrator based at their branch in Exeter. In addition to joining an established company, they offer a competitive salary and optional membership to their healthcare scheme.Job Title: Accounts Administrator (Part-Time)Location: Hayley Exeter, Unit 4, Knowle Business Units, Silverton Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8HJWorking Hours: 20 hours per week Monday to FridayYour key responsibilities may include:- Preparing invoices for customers.- Reconciling the company credit card.- Chasing outstanding orders, repair quotes and delivery notes.- Maintaining internal paperwork, including advice and delivery notes.- Compiling customer credit card reports.- Undertaking ad-hoc administration duties as required.The ideal candidate will have following key skills:- Applicants must be computer literate, with experience in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).- Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as numerical skills.- Strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.- Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.Full training for the role will be provided.The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:- Competitive salary- From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) increased with length of service- Company pension (if eligible)- Death in Service cover- Invitation to Paycare scheme- Wellness programmes- Cycle-to-Work scheme- PPE and workwear included- Excellent opportunities availableHayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the United Kingdom.
