Job Paths 4 U are currently working with a small group of Nursing & Residential care homes based across the midlands and we are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for the home based in Derbyshire.Our client is group of Nursing & Residential homes and we are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to take the responsibility of running the flag ship homes based Derbyshire.We are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager, who is looking for new challenge and is looking to join a company that prides themselves on delivering the highest standard of care 24/7.As the Registered Home Manager you will have the day to day responsibilities of running this stunning Nursing & Residential home.Below is brief overview of the tasks you will be expected to undertake on a regular basis:

To be responsible for the efficient day-to-day and long-term management of the Care Home - ensuring the highest quality person centred care is given round the clock, throughout the home

Complete the staffing Rota’s to make sure the home is fully staffed 24/7

Act as a positive role for all junior staff

To ensure the on-going monitoring of standards of care provided within the Care Home

Develop and maintain a high quality of care and ensure registration of the Care Home is retained, working towards the goal of Outstanding in all domains

To have an understanding of working with people who present complex and challenging behaviours

The Ideal candidate for this Registered Manager is:

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) but not essential

Experienced in managing homes - Essential

Have achieved GOOD with the CQC

A confident leader, who aspires to grow and develop

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent business management skills (including budget management)
