We are looking for someone to become part of our small property and projects team, responsible for developing and delivering projects as well as promoting the town and borough.Responsibilities:This role will project manage all elements of identified projects mainly on council owned property. It will include the management of specialist consultants and contractors bringing projects in on time and budget and to the design and standards required.You will need knowledge and experience of delivering property related projects, commissioning specialist services and monitoring contracts.Alongside this you will also need good organisation, literacy, negotiation, numeracy and communication skills.If you have the skills and commitment to shaping and delivering projects in our town and borough we would very much like to hear from you.Benefits: In return we offer a range of work life balance benefits (including flexible working arrangements), pension scheme, professional development opportunities, town centre location and free car parking.
