As the Medical Recruitment Manager specializing in therapy and nursing roles, you will be responsible for managingthe end-to-end recruitment process. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier therapy and nursing professionals in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless and positiverecruitment experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Management:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapy and nursing professionals.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers.
    • Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.

    • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
