Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a IT Project Support Officer to work within the NHS on a temporary agency contract in Eastbourne. There will be Facility to work from home, but you would need to start on site and will be flexible to be able to work on to site whenever is required. Monday to Friday 9-5Pay £18Ltd an hour (paid via an umbrella, outside IR35)This job role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with excellent planning and organisational skills to provide comprehensive programme support to the Our Care Connected Programme under the Sussex Health and Care Partnership. The post holder will need to have a good understanding of how a programme operates; being able to assist and support the work of the programme team, providing organisational and administrative skills to a high standard.Responsibilities *To provide and receive complex information relating to services within the programme areas and across the digital strategy themes.*To create and present complex, sensitive or contentious information to key stakeholders in a formal setting on service developments and pathways through workshops, events and stakeholder meetings; ensuring presentation of information is adapted to audience needs. Persuasive, motivational, negotiating or re-assurance skills may be required because the post holder is seeking agreement or cooperation or because there are barriers to understanding.*To effectively communicate and co-ordinate all meeting requirements including dates, times, venues, directions and the outputs of the meetings including taking the minutes.*Monitor deadlines and ensure any follow-up actions from minutes are undertaken prior to the next meeting.*To support and facilitate discussions to encourage creative thinking, identifying options and developing methods to test and promote new ways of delivering care.*To work effectively and efficiently as part of the digital team to ensure effective use of resource and allocation of projects.*To support the Project Lead in providing written and verbal reports for relevant projects, to relevant groups and boards within the local and regional Governance Structures. The post holder may have to present reports to relevant groups.Expertise *Understanding of the principles of change management and modernisation.*Experience of project management support, and development and implementation of service change. Experience of supporting or co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments.*Experience of working with services provided by the Local Authority, Adult Social Care, NHS, voluntary and/or independent sector.*Knowledge of health and social care services and delivery.*High standard of written and verbal communication skills.If this sounds of interest please email a CV to
