Sales Order ProcessorOur client is seeking a motivated and organised individual who can start work on a contract basis for a 1 year maternity contract. You will receive and process incoming orders for goods or service generally received via mail, phone, fax, EDI or any otherelectronic means. You will support the returns process with customers providing guidance and support from return to processing to credit being raised within the finance department and inform the customer of receipt of the order, prices, shipping dates, delaysand handle any customer order related complaint. You will ensure you build long term relationships with customers and key contacts, supporting the Sales Managers and colleagues to drive business sales and reach key objectives. You will maintain and promoteto other team members and colleagues an outstanding level of customer experience.Responsibilities will include ensuring data entry into a variety of company systems is reviewed and verified and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will record and process custom/special orders that may require additional resources for delivery and coordinatingwith those teams as required. You will respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; escalating to a manager for approvals as required and you will act as a first point of contact for resolving sales related customer queries and complaints.You will provide exceptional service to customers to encourage continued use of the organisations products/service and develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development, planning activities as well as formal and informal training andcoaching. You will also maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices.£22 - 24.000P.A.
