SF Recruitment are supporting a leading Manufacturing business in Birmingham in recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for Cost Analysis, Data Analysis, PowerPoint presentations and freight and logistics management. Salary: £30,000 p.a. + Pension + Holiday + Excellent Progression. The Role: - As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the most efficient and cost effective processes and providers are in place. - Cost analysis, Data Analysis, provide information on associated costs, KPIs and budget variances in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Supply Chain. - Updated Presentation slides. - Management of DTATL intercompany invoicing/shipments. - Management of creation of carrier purchase order for shipments. - Management of import/export regulations ensuring compliance. - Carry out freight benchmarking exercise with suppliers. - Analyse and report on import/export freight costs. - Co-ordinate with carriers to ensure the most cost effective and secure method of transportation of goods.
