SF Recruitment are working with a client based in Erdington who are looking for a HR Officer on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks. As a HR Officer you will provide support to the HR Consultant with day to day HR operations. Provide support across the whole employee lifecycle and ensure the HR department is providing excellent service to the organisation Hours of work: 37.5 per week onsite Hourly rate: £13.33 Role - To support the recruitment and selection process by attending interviews, making conditional offers and assisting in the drafting of contracts and the on boarding process - To advise and support all levels of management on generalist HR matters and ER cases across the organisation including but not limited to; disciplinaries, sickness absence meetings, capability meetings, grievance hearings and home visits - To support the HR Administrator to ensure all employee records are up to date and maintained correctly in line with CQC requirements. - Providing HR metrics to the HR Consultant and the Board as and when required - Ensuring full HR support for the employee life cycle - Support in the TUPE process as required when new sites are merging with MMP The successful candidate will have previous HR experience and be able to start work immediately.
