  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates for their roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous recruitment experience or experience in a sales/customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
