Due to our clients success, they are constantly developing which provides excellent career development opportunitiesfor our clients staff.Key Responsibilities:* Contact customers to carry out order confirmations* Communicate with our clients leasing company partners via phone, email & on their online platforms* Process new cars orders from quote stage through to delivery* Order cars on the Manufacturers ordering system* Work with our clients internal dealer management system for vehicle stocking, orders and invoicing* Book in vehicles for Pre delivery inspection* Register cars, invoicing and processing handover paperwork* Complete weekly status reports* Work to high service levels and company guidelines, ensuring that you deliver the best possible service to our customers* Process delivery paperwork for to ensure timely invoice pay-outsSkills & Experience:* Organised* Car dealership/motor trade experience essential* Attention to detail* Excellent communication skills* Ability to work in a team* Flexibility in hours when required for over time during busy periods* Self-Driven and the ability to work on own your initiative with minimal supervision Salary & Benefits:* £26k basic salary negotiable dependent on experience.* Planned ongoing company expansion providing excellent development and career opportunities* Friendly and supportive Work Colleagues and ManagementRequired skills
