Sales Account Manager Up to £26,000 + Bonus * Fun & sociable working environment * Benefits include parking and pensionWorking for one of the UKs leading online games retailers.We would like to hear from people who are passionate about customer services, looking to work in a dynamic office, where there are opportunities to progress and genuinely earn good money.This role requires you to follow up inbound enquiries via the telephone, web and emails. You will be advising customers on the best products for them, up selling and cross selling where possible. NO cold calling involved.In addition to this you will be generating and following up emails and quotes, so a head for figures and a good command of the English language is a must, as you will be applying discounts where applicable and composing your own correspondence.The ideal candidate must be extremely personable, well presented and confident at dealing with people both face to face and over the phone.An aptitude and / or interest in technical products would be a distinct advantage (but isnt a pre requisite) as you will be required to develop your knowledge across a broad range of products.This role would suit someone with a proven customer service / sales background.There are genuine Management opportunities for the successful candidate.Additional information;
