Job Description

Defleet & Remarketing Coordinator - Epsom - Permanent £28-£35kOur well known automotive client based in Surrey is looking for a Defleet & Remarketing Coordinator to join their Remarketing Services Group.Role in a nutshell: Ensuring that Departmental budgetary controls are maintained, and all areas of Defleet & Remarketing are well supported.The successful individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Departmental Budget Control - Responsibility for department budget tracking and reporting, lead contact with the Finance team.
  • Responsible for raising all RSG Purchase Orders, invoice approval, and spend tracking across both Remarketing and Cost of Ownership budgets.
  • Used Vehicle Sales Invoicing to Centres
  • Vehicle Scheme Services Maintenance & Repair Invoice
  • Rental Buyback Charges - Liaise closely with Rental companies to agree and process any excess charges for extra days, mileage and in life servicing, in accordance with the agreements with each customer.
  • Vehicle Scheme Defleet - Monitor the TechInspect report daily.
  • Online Retail - processing the sale of vehicles through online retail. Process monthly bonus payments as set out by the Used Car Manager and liaise with the centres to resolve any issues.
  • Basic Technical Support for Internal Schemes - Provide a first line of tech support to the Internal Scheme Department. Resolve missing parts issues and advise drivers best course of action for damages, technical issues and charges.
  • Loan Cars Fleet Management - Manage the internal RSG Loan Fleet, ensuring that the vehicles are correctly maintained in-line with manufacturers guidelines, vehicles are issued and returned in good condition and in a state of roadworthiness.
  • Administrative Support - Provide admin support to various departments
  • The successful individual will have the following skills and experience:
  • Calm, methodical approach with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships in and between teams to get things done/support others
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using Oracle or iSeries is a huge advantage
  • AFRL registration user highly desirable
