Job Description

A senior Project Manager role, responsible for project managing residential new-build and refurbishment projects, with this this highly thought-of local contractor.Package: Circa £40k-£50k basicLocation: Surrey / South West LondonTHE ROLE - Project Manager:

  • To project manage refurbishment and new-build projects across Surrey ad South London
  • 90% of projects will be residential, with a lot of extensions and conversions, and project values ranging from £60k-£3m
  • The emphasis to begin will be to specifically project manage one large refurbishment project in South West London
  • The project is still in the ground with 40-50 weeks to go, and requires someone to oversee and managing all aspect of the project
  • H&S, risk assessments, scheduling, procurement, delivery of materials and equipment, site mobilisation of contractors, assisting in supervision and control of on-site operations, and general liaison with the site management team
    • THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
  • Most importantly you will be an experienced project manager, with a wealth of experience within the residential refurbishment sector
  • While also having specific technical experience with basement projects
