A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Corporate Resources Administrator to join one of Badenoch & Clarks most improved public sector housing clients in a part time, temporary assignment. This role will become permanent should the successful candidate perform well.Working from home due to the current Covid-19 pandemic until it is safe to return to their head office in Epsom, this role is for 21 hours per week. Based in their Corporate Resources department and reporting into their Corporate Resources HR and Payroll Manager on a daily basis, you will be required to provide high quality administrative support to the Marketing, Communications and Corporate Resources team, ensuring files and records are meticulously stored and maintained, in line with the teams priorities.Other key elements of the role include:* Maintaining files and records in support of the HR function and documentation, GDPR documentation and compliance as well as in support of other corporate information and registers.* Filing copies of confidential staff documents, such as contracts and references.* Scanning documents, such as annual reviews, and uploading them to the HR system.* Supporting the HR team in maintaining staff folders and filing additional information.* Converting paper records to electronic: scanning, labelling and filing pdfs.* Printing mail merge agreements on request for despatch to partner organisations.* Supporting the Head of service in maintaining files of relevant documents, policies and procedures and records.* Assisting with mail merge bulk mailing exercises when required.* Contributing positively towards the organisations corporate risk management and to mitigate against risks to the business;The nature of this work calls for outstanding levels of accuracy and attention to detail. It demands absolute discretion and confidentiality in managing personal information.
