Job Description

Recruitment ConsultantSalary: 25K Basic + Uncapped Comission (Immedidate Start Date)My Client is a well-established and reputable recruitment agency located in Epsom. They are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Epsom. This role offers an exceptional earning potentialand a structured commission plan, allowing you to accelerate your loan repayment while gaining valuable experience in the recruitment industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing suitable candidates for their vacancies.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and implement effective sourcing and recruitment methods.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • A bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates and clients.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a desire to succeed and fast-track student loan repayment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of the Epsom job market and local networking connections is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience or internship in recruitment or a sales-oriented role is a plus, but not essential.
