Job Description

Marketing Director

  • Annual Salary: £60k+ (DOE)

I am representing a client who is on the lookout for a Marketing Director to spearhead their marketing department within a forward-thinking pharmaceutical company. This role is designed for a strategic leader with a solid background in the pharmaceuticalsector, who is eager to elevate our brand and steer their marketing strategy to new heights (other backgrounds will be considered).Role Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute a robust marketing strategy in line with company goals.
  • Guide and inspire a marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that effectively communicate our product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends to ensure our marketing strategy remains ahead of the curve.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for unified brand messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget meticulously, maximizing return on investment.
  • Propel our digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, SEO, and social media engagement.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with industry experts and media entities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Substantial experience in marketing leadership, with a preference for backgrounds in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in crafting and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financials, with a keen eye for detail and cost-efficiency.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and creative talents.
  • Proficient in digital marketing methodologies and tools.
  • Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of the pharmaceutical industry.
