Due to a planned retirement the SCBU team at Epsom have a vacancy for a motivated band 6 on the Special Care Baby Unit.This is an exciting time to join the team as they plan the new build in the years ahead. The team is small welcoming and supportive . Special Care Baby unit has 6 cots and 1 stabilisation cot, works closely with the level 2 at St Helier. There is the opportunity to rotate to the level 2 unit to maintain skills and learn new skills. Both teams work closely together and have two team days each year for project development and service improvement.The team is working toward Bliss accreditation and Family integrated care. If you are an experienced band 5 or 6 with the QIS please come and have look at the unit as this will be the supportive environment to develop your management skills and progress as a leader.
