You will be responsible for delivering technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, resolvingtechnical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.What you will be doing...

  • Providing technical support to end-users via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software systems.
  • Managing and monitoring client backups and antivirus software.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to ensure that their needs are met.
What you will need...
  • Full Clean UK driving licence
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A full driving license and willingness to travel to sites in the South West area
