Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to come and join our HR team in Epsom as an HR Coordinator. This is a pivotal role providing a comprehensive, professional and business-focused HR service to our Woodcote Park clubhouse.Role Responsibilities include:

  • Take responsibility and accountability for delivering a high-quality professional HR service to both managers and staff in your service areas, acting as an ambassador for the HR profession.
  • To provide HR payroll administration support to finance and be responsible for payroll admin using the Clubs people system.
  • To ensure that administrative processes are undertaken in line with policy e.g. right to work
  • To accurately maintain People-related data and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality
  • Support HRBP’s with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enable them to manage their services in the most effective and efficient way.
  • To respond to requests from departments in a timely manner ensuring prioritisation of other work and be responsible for case management as appropriate
  • Our ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience working in an HR function with the understanding of complexity and confidentiality
  • CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitive or contentious information in a confidential, organised and appropriate manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Has the ability to influence internal stakeholders on a wide range of workforce issues
  • Ability and experience to build and maintain effective relationships with key personnel within the Club
  • To demonstrate a flexible approach, responding to a rapidly changing environment with the ability to work under pressure to achieve competing priorities.
  • Be actively involved in supporting HR, Recruitment and L&D as required to support the Club.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload in a methodical and proactive way with the ability to respond to competing priorities. Maintaining accountability for delivering against agreed deadlines, priorities and targets.
