Job Description

REED HR are working with our Epsom based client in recruiting an Interim HR AdvisorHR AdvisorLocation: EpsomJob Type: Full-time/HybridWe are seeking an HR Advisor to provide effective technical and professional guidance, ensuring our service maintains high standards and meets statutory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the organisations corporatevision and the development of a positive, high-performing culture.Day to Day of the role:

  • Deliver a professional HR advisory service to managers and staff, covering all aspects of HR including terms of employment, recruitment, absence management, and more.
  • Stay updated with employment legislation and case law, providing guidance and drafting correspondence as needed.
  • Develop communication mechanisms to promote a partnership approach to HR issues.
  • Support and coach managers in performance management and organisational development.
  • Lead HR policy development to support culture change.
  • Analyse management information and prepare reports for decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver learning interventions and training on HR policies.
  • Collaborate with external providers to manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-service projects and initiatives.
  • Work with the Payroll Coordinator and provider to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Promote equality and diversity within the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional HR qualification and membership.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience in policy development and organisational change.
  • Proficiency in producing and analysing statistical data.
  • Experience working with payroll systems and external service providers.
