Prospectus is excited to be supporting the team at SeeAbility in their search for a new Head of Fundraising and Volunteering.SeeAbility provides specialist support and actively shapes policy to help people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a values-led organisation that enjoys high-profile support and directly transforms peoples lives, and for the selected individual to drive forward innovation in fundraising and volunteering.As the Head of Fundraising and Volunteering you will be responsible for leading the overarching strategy across income streams (major donors, trusts & foundations, corporate partnerships, legacies, individual giving and events & community) and volunteering, alongside empowering the expert managers in your team. You will also personally lead on strategic corporate partnerships, leading on new pitches and approaches, building the pipeline of prospects, and developing new fundraising propositions.You will need to have experience of strategy development, planning, budgeting and monitoring. You will also have a track record of pitching and winning strategic partnerships or securing high value grants and gifts. You will enjoy working collaboratively and will have experience of inspiring high calibre teams.
