Job Description

FM Contracts Manager - Surrey Area - Mobile roleWorking for an award winning facilities management company, this prestigious and exciting role will involve contract management of hard facilities management contracts across the Surrey, Epsom and Borders area.£50,000 pa plus £5400,00 car allowanceEssential Applicant Requirements:

  • Very good previous experience in a facilities contract management role
  • Very good experience with performance management
  • L8 legionella understanding & qualification
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • A mechanical or electrical qualification
  • Previous experience in Healthcare or Hospital FM contract management (preferred)
  • Surrey
