Job Description

Fleet AdministratorOur client is looking for an individual to join their team, working on a 12-month fixed term contract.The starting salary on offer is £26k and you will also receive an excellent benefits package which includes:

We are looking for someone who is positive, keen to learn and has an inquisitive mind.You will need to be a self-starter, have excellent attention to detail and be highly numerate.You will be joining a small and friendly team so being a keen team player is a must.As a first point of contact for all external clients, you will be working in a varied role that will include all elements of customer service, administration and payments.The Role:
  • Manage and prepare documentation for Credit Lines
  • Maintaining credit limits for clients
  • Complete, provide and send all relevant financial documentation and agreements
  • Providing support to field based staff
  • Provide finance quotations
  • Loading proposals onto the system
