Job Description

First Line Service Desk Analyst - Epsom - to £25K + On CallIRC are currently working with Contact Centre Solution provider with an outstanding reputation for developing the best talent, as well as their expertise in the contact centre as-a-service (CCaaS) industry and the network of channel partners they work with.Due to continued growth, we are looking for an 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team and provide the first point of contact to customers calling in for support, helping them with issues on ther voice platform and calling in support from more seniorengineers as required.This role comes with a lot of product training and opportunity for career progression, so we are looking for someone with a passion for the telecoms industry and a keen to desire to build a career and develop within it.Responsibilities

  • Answering support enquiries from customers and partners (email & phone).
  • Be the single point of contact for customer issues, bringing in Senior Service Desk Analysts for calls as required.
  • Swiftly handling Initial response within SLA.
  • Completing configurational portal-based tasks.
  • Fulfilling customer requests for service amendments following the internal change request process.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of the companys core products and services.
  • Working on rota.
Skill & Experience RequiredWhilst experience in a similar role isnt strictly required, someone with experience delivering IT Infrastructure & Desktop Support in a End user or Managed Services Environment, working to agreed SLAs would be beneficial as well exposure to, and a passionfor VoIP/Contact Centre technologies.If you are looking to build a career in the telecoms industry this is a great opportunity.
