Community Mental Health Nurse 253Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation TrustEpsomRef : 253Days £24.87 per hourSaturdays and nights £31.97 per hourSundays and bank holidays £39.08 per hourCould you be an NHS Professional Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis until April 2023. This role will be based in Epsom area, and the working hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.We are NHS Professionals (NHSP), working together to care for patients in the NHS.   • Lead the clinical management of a care package to an individual who uses our services.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of person centred healthcare to a designated group of people who use our services, using complex clinical decision making where appropriate.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy utilising CBT skills.
  • Work as a member of the MDT in assessing and planning care and responding to changes in people who use our services health.
The role will involve, but not limited to you performing the above.You will have the following qualification/experience:
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Community Mental Health Nurse for a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
  • Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
  • Undertake regular mandatory training*
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
