They have consistently grown and evolved over the last couple of years and this is something that is not going to change.One of their pension divisions is now seeking an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day running of team of administrators, ensuring all client instructions are actioned in a timely manner and adhering to TCF rules, as wellas being the escalation contact for the wider business for all things related to the departmental pension products.Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in focussing on developing the individual members of your team, ensuring they are developing in line with the company wide competency matrix, as well as further leading the team through change to improve the customerjourney. You will also manage change initiatives and lean reviews within the team, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders and developing and managing practical strategies to achieve the best outcomeAs someone with a good understanding of pension products (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and/or SIPP) and the various operational, legal, regulation and customer requirements, it is essential that you possess proven experience in team leadership,including training, coaching and developing team members, coupled with further knowledge of working in a customer focussed, dynamic and commercially driven environment.The role is offered on a flexible hybrid working arrangement where you only need to be in the office 2 days a week.Further information including information of the remuneration and benefits package that includes bonus potential, free parking, onsite gym (free) and a 10% non-contributory pension scheme are available on applicationRequired skills
