Job Description

Asbestos Surveyor£30,000 - £36,000 + Benefits Epsom, SurreyOur client is an established and successful asbestos management company that delivers a range of high-quality asbestos surveying and removal services across a variety of market sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiasticasbestos surveyor to join their London base.The successful applicant will receive a competitive basic salary and added benefits such as company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, private healthcare, pension scheme, fuel card and other optional benefits.Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

  • Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of property types
  • Carrying out bulk sampling when required
  • Creating comprehensive reports to be issued to clients
  • Understanding all Asbestos Legislations to keep in line with company policies and UKAS accreditation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the companys clients
Essential Requirements:
  • BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years (post qualification) field experience
  • A full UK driving licence with a flexible approach to commuting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Broad knowledge of HSG: 264
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of TEAMS or similar software
