Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a 9-month maternity Fixed Term Contract, based in Epsom working for a UK based leading technology business.This is a key role support the HR Manager and the team role working as an Administrator. The daily duties and responsibilities will involve providing administrative support to the wider business. Liaising with stakeholders and providing key support to theHR Manager underpinning the employee lifecycle. Providing advice to the employees and line management where appropriate.Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for co-ordinating all relevant paperwork and employment checks for new starters
  • Managing the onboarding process, inductions through to system updates
  • Undertaking any relevant changes to contracts and amending the database accordingly
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports to demonstrate all employee data
  • Supporting the HR Manager
  • Ensuring that all exit interviews are conducting, and that the data is shared with the relevant parties
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate would need to have:
  • Comprehensive administrative background
  • Ability to learn and exercise confidentiality and discretion
  • Collaborative team worker with the ability to proactively manage your workload
