We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and well organised administration assistant, to join our expanding administration team on a full time, permanent basis.Role Info:Administrator / Admin AssistantEpsom, Surreycirca £19,500Plus Benefits inc study support for 2nd language or recognised credit control qualification.Who we are:We are a professional commercial debt recovery agency, based in a modern new office in central Epsom, Surrey. We have been trading since 2003 and our services are employed by global brands across numerous sectors.The Administrator / Admin Assistant Role:Our administration team supports our collectors, who help to recover our clients delinquent commercial debts.The right candidate will demonstrate an advanced level of Excel skills to design and produce our client reporting and management information packs. They will quickly become a key component of the administration team, enabling our collectors to maximise theircollected revenue.We have a proven record of promoting internally, and the right candidate will quickly gain the required skills to progress into one of our collection teams.You will report directly to the Legal Manager, and your main duties will include:+ Designing, producing and distributing our Client Reporting / Management Information packs+ Loading new debts onto our collections system+ Providing administration support to our collection teams+ Dealing with incoming and outgoing post+ Carrying out searches and investigations+ Posting and allocating confirmed payments+ Sourcing and managing office supplies+ Managing debtor and client queries+ Engaging debtors and clients by telephone and emailEssential Requirements:+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, to include pivot tables and graph production+ Educated to minimum G.C.S.E. Grade 4 in Maths and English+ Excellent communicator, with a clear command of the English language+ A keen desire to learn and develop+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company+ Enthusiasm for a challenge+ Flexible, accurate and exceptionally well organisedIn return, we offer you annual remuneration of circa £19,500, and are prepared to financially support further study in foreign languages, or an industry recognised credit control qualification.
