Search Engineering and Manufacturing have once again partnered with a leading brewery in Enfield in recruiting a new Yard team leader to join the team. The role is mainly Monday to Friday so offers a strong work life balance and the successful candidate will enjoy all of the training schemes and development programs the company has to offer, alongside a generous hourly rate that works out to circa 24k perannum. The shift patterns are either 8am till 4pm on day shift or midday till 9pm on evenings, the main duties of the role will consist of the following: * Receiving orders into the Warehouse and check off stock and preparing customer orders for dispatch * Relocating products using forklift and pump truck in our storage system* Keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock items * Maintaining and organising the yard and acting as the final point to ensure that the quality of product leaving the business is to the highest standards* Stepping up to control of access to site in absence of Yard Manager* Ensuring safe manoeuvring of all vehicles on sitePrevious experience working in a Warehouse environment, you must have a Forklift licence and experience use of counter balance / clamp trucks, along with the ability to work within a team to achieve business goals.
