Welder/Fabricator(Metal Work)Enfield£10.81 Per Hour + Company Pension + Bonus + Parking + 20 Days and Bank Holidays + TrainingMonday to Friday (40 hour week 06:00 to 14:00, with a maximum of 8 hours a week optional paid overtime)Welder/Fabricatorrequired for a market leading company who can offer a stable long term role within a global company. A candidate with experience of welding in any type of environment are encouraged to apply for the role due to full training be provided on all other aspects of the role.TheWelder/Fabricator role will suit candidates from any hands on background who have some welding experience. You will work independently in an onsite workshop, but will need to be confident liaising with operatives day to day. You will use tablets and smartphones to log/track/report your work and order spares, so you will need to be confident with basic computer/phone software. You will need to be proactive, self-motivated and organised.TheWelder/Fabricator role will involve the maintenance and repair of roll cage trolleys. You will replace, wheels, hinges, re-form/bend metal cages and weld broken metal work. You will work in a large distribution centre with only one other Welder/Fabricator. You can work 8 hours paid overtime a week either on top of your daily work OR on the weekend, any hours over 48 will need to be approved by your Supervisor.TheWelder/Fabricator Role:* Repair and maintenance of roll cage trolleys* MIG welding of broken metalworkThe Welder/Fabricator:* Any welding experience* Comfortable working stand alone and in small teams* Confident using software for phones and computers
