Vehicle TechnicianEnfield, EN1Mon - Fri 8am to 5:30pm1-in-4 Sat mornings on rota 8:30am to 12:30pm£30,304 pa + uncapped bonus, OTE £36,364 pa£1000 welcome bonus on joiningRenault Enfield seeks a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our dealerships workshop. The role involves routine servicing, MOTs, maintenance and repair of cars to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.Candidates should have a current MOT Tester Certification, City & Guilds or NVQ level III in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and be equipped with own tools. A full UK Drivers licence is also needed in order to carry out diagnostic test drives.The hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm with 30 min lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.In return we offer a basic salary of £30,304 per annum. This comprises £29,400 pa for weekday work + £904 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half. We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000pa to your earnings.We are also offering a £1000 welcome bonus to the successful individual when offered the job on or before 16th September 2022 and commencing work by 19th October 2022. T&Cs apply.Overtime beyond the core hours is available: additional Saturday work is paid at time-and-a-half.
