Job Description

Technical Support Specialist (UK & Nordic region)Location: North LondonSalary: £27,000 - £29,000This is a 2nd line support role, working in an ambitious company.The company offers excellent opportunity to grow and an extremely low turnover of staff.After successful probation, you will have the option to work both from home and from the modern offices in Enfield, with a 50/50 split.You:

  • Excellent English. Knowledge of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish would be a bonus but not necessary.
  • At least 2 years experience from a Technical Support / IT Support / Helpdesk role
  • Understanding of supporting online products and/or computers
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Higher education (University Degree / COMP TIA A+ certification desirable)

  • What you will be doing:
  • Answer customers questions (technical and non-technical) and resolve concerns over phone or e-mail
  • Make proactive contact with target customers on regular basis. Provide support for both target and non-target customer accounts as needed.
  • Update target accounts about upcoming product releases.
  • Using industry standard troubleshooting methods, resolve technical concerns
  • Advocate on behalf of target customers for technical issues, product enhancements and defects.
  • Ensure all customer communication and activities are logged.
  • Contribute to an enjoyable team environment!
