Tradewind are currently recruiting for a hardworking and organised secondary teaching assistant to work in one of our secondary schools in Enfield. The role is to start immediately for the rest of the academic year with the possibility to go permanent forthe right candidates. The daily rate is £80-85 per day.The school is a Catholic voluntary aided secondary school and Sixth Form for boys and girls aged 11-18 in Enfield, founded by the Society of Jesus. It was formerly a grammar school, only accepting boys who had passed the Eleven plus exam. The school hashad a mixed intake since 2014.The school has a large carpark and is accessible via local bus links.They require a confident Teaching Assistant to support small groups and also work 1:1 with pupils with SEN, particularly SEMH, and behaviour. Typically you will be supporting KS3 pupils but you will be expected to be flexible as your support may be requiredin different classes supporting different needs.
