You will be instrumental in maintaining and growing this ambitious and dedicated team.Key responsibilities - Talent CoordinatorIn this Junior Talent Acquisition opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:* Diary management - coordinating and booking interviews and trial days for candidates* Communicating with the Finance team for job role package details* Monitoring the Recruitment inbox and categorizing incoming applications* Sending through offer details to the onboarding team* Maintaining and updating the Excel database with recruitment activity* Communicating weekly vacancy updates to hiring managers* Drafting internal job adverts* Supporting with candidate briefing, screening, and booking in interviews* Updating candidates with relevant interview feedback* Communicating offers to candidatesJob requirements - Talent Coordinator* A 2.1 degree from a top university* Must be willing to travel to office based in Enfield a few days a week* 6+ months commercial experience in a similar role would be a real plus* A can-do attitude!
