Do you have a specific interest in community working Our service provides assessment and treatment of adult domiciliary patients, neurological outpatients and falls prevention group.The service is managed under the umbrella of Community Therapies which comprises community physiotherapy, adult SLT, stroke rehab and bone health. We are co-located with the nutrition and dietetics service and we have strong links between all the therapies enabling patient-centered care.
