Job Title: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Enfield, United KingdomStart Date: ASAPEmployment Term: Contract (Temp to Perm)Working Hours: Full TimeSalary Range: £80 - £90 per dayAre you a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding roleGSL Education is currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant position for a reputable school in Enfield. This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a girl with health issues and complex needs. The SEN Teaching Assistant role in Enfield isavailable for an immediate start and is offered under a temporary-to-permanent contract.SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized 1:1 support to a girl with health issues and complex needs in Enfield.
  • Collaborate with school staff to create and implement individualized learning plans as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Enfield.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student in Enfield with a dedicated SEN TA.
  • Implement strategies tailored for supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Provide consistent and compassionate assistance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Ability to provide 1:1 support to students with health issues and complex needs.
  • Understanding of strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Enfield.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
