This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support to a girl with health issues and complex needs. The SEN Teaching Assistant role in Enfield isavailable for an immediate start and is offered under a temporary-to-permanent contract.SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Offer specialized 1:1 support to a girl with health issues and complex needs in Enfield.
Collaborate with school staff to create and implement individualized learning plans as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Enfield.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student in Enfield with a dedicated SEN TA.
Implement strategies tailored for supporting students with diverse needs.
Provide consistent and compassionate assistance.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
Ability to provide 1:1 support to students with health issues and complex needs.
Understanding of strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
Compassionate and patient demeanor as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Enfield.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
