This school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support to a student with autism.Key Responsibilities:

Tailor support to meet the unique needs and learning goals of the student with autism.
Facilitate the students access to the curriculum and active participation in classroom activities.
Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Implement effective strategies to promote the social and emotional development of the student.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the students ongoing progress and well-being.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with students with autism is essential.
Demonstrated patience and empathy in supporting students with special educational needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the individual needs of the student.
Flexibility and a strong commitment to working collaboratively within a team.
