My client is seeking a SCRUM Master to join their team based in Enfield, North London on a full-time basis.Responsibilities:• Responsible to the Team Leader to ensure the quality, accuracy and development of the company EnviroManager product• Facilitate scrum teams for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team• Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology• Responsible for removing any impediments for the scrum team.• Ensure that Scrum ceremonies are followed and effective• Scheduling, facilitating, documenting and communicating around backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review and sprint retrospective.• Arrange formal Go / No Go decision gates with key stakeholders for releases, and document accordingly, including Risk Assessment.• Proactively manage the supporting tools (Jira and various addons) to ensure accuracy, currency and visibility• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprintSkills & Experience:• Knowledge of agile Scrum methodology• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices• Knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that you can explain other methodologies to motivate the teams• Strong knowledge of software development processes and procedures• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and user storiesShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
