Job Description

Sales RepresentativePackage - £35-45,000 OTEEast LondonLakeland Verandahs are an established and growing, market leading installer of quality UPVC decking and fencing.Due to continued growth in the Domestic market, we are currently recruiting a Design Consultant, covering East London, for the next planned phase of our growth.With an influx of sale enquiries, ready and waiting for you, the role will include:

  • Visiting customers homes on pre-arranged appointments and working with them to create their ideal outdoor space with decking, fencing and associated products
  • Conducting surveys in line with tailored customer requirements, paying attention to any obstacles that may need to be considered for a smooth installation
  • Delivering customer service, that surpasses customer expectations. With a 10-year warranty we take pride in the service we can offer
  • Booking sales through to the team, remaining the point of contact for any queries associated with the sale and assisting with issue resolution if required
  • Achieving set KPIs, supported by numerous lead enquiries that will be generated, managed and appointed for you by our marketing team
You will have the following skills:
  • Driven and motivated sales person, with a proven track record of success and ability to deliver targeted results
  • Passionate about sales, ideally with previous experience in the home improvements sector
  • Willingness to keep up to date with knowledge regarding trends, products and design features to ensure the service offered is second to none
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a consultative way
  • Impeccable timekeeping skills, with a flexible approach to your diary. Some evening and weekend appointments will be required to suit customers
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and maintain the highest levels of customer service
  • Full UK driving licence - essential
