Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: 35k - 42k P/A (pending on experience) Work type: Permanent, Full time Work Pattern: 5 x 8.5hr shifts (working every other Saturday with a day in Lieu the following Friday)Early: 06:00-15:00 Day: 08:30- 17:30 Late: 13:00- 22:00 Your future employer is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join and thrive in their innovative brewery. Given the nature of this position.The successful candidate will be working within the engineering team and will be reporting directly to the maintenance manager. Given the business style, engineering experience in a drink production environment is essential. The expected duties and ideal experience for the successful candidate are as follows:Main duties include:* Carrying out preventative maintenance* Planning maintenance* Fault finding and troubleshooting* Controlling and ordering parts* Contractor control* Calibration of equipment* Implementing continuous improvement projects* Legionella control and record-keeping* Assessing equipment and identifying repairs required* Driving OEE improvements for the packaging lines* Being involved with company events and festivals to represent the brewerySkills and experience required/desired for the role:* 2-5 years experience working in a drink production environment* Electrical bias, with mechanical experience as well* Competent with Microsoft Office programs* Good communication and people skills to work as part of a team* Strong record-keeping skills* Willing to work on a shift rotaThe ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is looking for a company to truly invest in, develop and progress themselves, and help the company grow.
