Job Description

Are you a competent in compliance and experienced in managing the delivery of M&E and life services whilst working within a business support environment delivery high quality servicesIf so our client within the Public Sector based in North London is currently recruiting for a M&E and Lifts Coordinator to join their compliance team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the idealcandidate having experience of working within a local authority within a mechanical and engineering environment. The RoleKey purpose of the role is to deliver high level and comprehensive support services across the technical services teamKey responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure effective operation of compliance services
  • Data entry & Analysis
  • Raise relevant repairs and action
The CandidateTo be considered for this role you will require a relevant professional qualification in HND/HNC/Degree in Building SurveyingThe below skills would be beneficial for the role:
  • Experience in managing delivery of M&E and Lift Services
  • Working within a business support environment
  • Strong IT/Technical Skills
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £20 - 21 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
