Job Description

Are you an Interim HR Manager or a HR Business Partner looking for a challenge and somewhere to really make a difference We have a fantastic contract opportunity during an exciting period of business growth & business change, we are looking for someone with a passion to lead that transition and make that difference. You will be instrumental in driving our lead for growth agenda including talent management, succession planning, engagement and leadership development activities whilst driving high performance and excellence.The primary function of the role will be split between supporting your HR team in daily operational needs in a fast paced FMCG business to demonstrating your creativity and vision in the implementation of the HR strategy. You should be able to convert business strategy and needs to HR deliverables and deliver accordingly.Essential Ingredients:

  • A proven HR business partner to senior stakeholders within an FMCG, Manufacturing or Distribution environment.
  • A senior HR generalist with experience of managing teams of a similar size & scale and able to example against previous experience
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering and building on HR initiatives
  • Experience of working with Trade Unions
  • You will have a strong depth of knowledge across the various specialist areas within HR and will be regarded as a trusted advisor by your senior colleagues on the leadership team.
  • A great people manager able to support and mentor the HR team on the day to day HR aspects
