Job Description

Graduate Teaching AssistantLocation: EnfieldDuration: Full Time, Long Term, January start until July (possibly permanent after that)Salary: £90 daily rate (depending on experience)Do you have a passion for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education If so, we want to hear from you!We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our client at a Secondary School in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is eager to gain experience in a school setting.Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
  • Supporting students in their learning and helping them to overcome any challenges they may face
  • Leading small group activities and providing one-on-one support as required
  • Marking and providing feedback on student work
  • Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred, but not required
