Well Established family run business in Brimsdown, Enfield are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service administrator to join their busy and growing team. The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have at least 1 year recent experience working as an Administrator or Customer Service Administrator and have excellent communication and IT skills.The role of Customer Service Administrator involves but is not limited to:* Answering incoming calls and directing calls where necessary * Dealing with customer enquires relating to products * Dealing with email enquiries and orders* Place orders on the companies system* Speak face to face with customers in the showroom* Other general office admin duties.* Look after the companies Ebay and Amazon accountsAs Customer Service Administrator, you must:* Have excellent communication skills* Have excellent English writing skills* Have good IT skills* 1 year Administration experience* Excellent Customer Service Skills* Live in of close to Enfield* Be looking for a long term positionHours are Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-15:00 (summer) 08:30-14:00 (Winter)20 days holiday, plus 8 days bank holidaysSalary is £20,000 p.a. to £22,000 p.a.
