Our client, a large international company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complaints Handler to join their team in Enfield EN3. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, opening, follow through and closingof complaints files.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls and emails from patients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regarding patient transport requests and queries.Handle and resolve customer complaints, following the companys complaint handling procedures.Pass over all complaints and queries to the correct heads of departments.RequirementsProven experience in a customer service and complaints handling role, ideally within the healthcare industry.Able to commute to EN3 in EnfieldGood English communication both verbal and written.Hold a current enhanced DBS or will to apply for enhanced DBSAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Salary£11.75 per hourWorking hoursMonday to Friday08.00 17.00 and 1 in 4 four weeks 09.00 18.00BenefitsOn Site ParkingWeekly Pay on Friday (one week in arrears)Accrued holiday pay of 28 days per annum including public holidays.For further information please contact Pertemps Enfield
